OIL & GAS

Filtration Applications for the Oil and Gas Industry

Engineered Systems for Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream Applications.

Anchor 1

SALTWATER DISPOSAL (Upstream)

Disposal of produced water, or “saltwater”, from an oil well requires the removal of sand and grit.  This is most commonly done with bag filters.  We have provided individual filter vessels as well as complete, skid mounted, SWD filtration packages.

As an alternative to bag filters, we have supplied other technologies such as centrifugal separators and automatic, self-cleaning strainers when the proper conditions applied.

We will custom build FILTRATION & SEPARATION

packages to your specifications.

· Transfer Station

· Trailer mounted flow-back skids

· Rental Filter Vessels

· Simplex and Duplex Strainer for Unloading

· Complete range of filters bags, media and accessories

The Model 774 Automatic Strainer Skid is mounted at the transfer station. The Produced Water/ Saltwater is pumped out of the trucks at a flow rate of 125 gpm and enters the first strainer with a filtration level of 0.004" (100 micron). The second strainer further reduces the contaminate size to 0.002" (50 micron). Any debris, sand, grit, or particulates 50 micron and larger will be removed before the water enters the pipeline for its travel to the Saltwater disposal site.

GAS FILTRATION (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream)

Filtration and Coalescing for the removal of water, solids, and oil.

GAS PLANT FILTRATION

A properly designed Gas Filtration & Conditioning package will eliminate any detrimental contaminants, both particulate and liquid aerosols.

GAS TRANSMISSION PIPELINE/COMPRESSOR STATION

Gas Filtration at compressor stations and transmission centers is critical to protect pipelines and associated equipment.

Anchor 3

FRACTURING WATER (Upstream)

WATER for FRACKING

The production of fracking water, typically from produced water, requires filtration to remove undesirable solids that may adversely affect the hydraulic fracturing process. Bags and cartridge type filters are typically used in this application in series filtration down to 10 micron.

SAND for FRACKING

The wet manufacturing process of producing sand for fracking involves a combination of our filter technologies. Bag filters, centrifugal separators, and cartridge filters are used to manage the washing and classification process.
