AIR & GAS

Air & Gas filtration is critical for protecting and maintain systems and equipment. This includes liquid and/ or solid removal from compressed gas streams, Air intake, Vacuum, and Venting applications. Filtration is also applied to process gas use to blanket a product during packaging.

PROCESS FILTRATION: CLARIFICATION

Chemical raw ingredients, mixes, or blends are filtered to clarify to meet the specifications of each process application.

Chemicals are also used to dissolve solids or reagents. Following a reaction, Filtration is applied to remove any undissolved solids from the product.

PROCESS FILTRATION: CLASSIFICATION

Classification is the process of removing solids of a certain size and larger, while allowing smaller solids, such as pigments and oxides, to remain in the product. Classification filters have sharp cutoffs at the retention level to achieve these goals.
