OUR HISTORY
60 + Years in Business
Established in 1956 by Chester Carleton Day. (C.C. Day himself)

Chester Carleton Day operated as an independent distributor of filtration products.

His son, Chester William Day joined him in 1968 increasing their sales effort.

Fred Tiggas joins C.C. Day Company in 1977 as a salesman.

He established a broader presence in the filtration market. Expanding C.C. Day Company's presence in the Chemical, Coating & Adhesives, Electronics, Food & Beverage, Fuels & Lubricants, Inks & Paints, Life Science/Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Power Generation and the Water Treatment industries.

In 1986 Fred Tiggas became Vice President of operations. Effectively managing all aspects of sales, personnel, customer service and vendor relations at C.C. Day Company.

In 1991 Fred Tiggas purchases the company from Chester William Day.
