Filtration of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients
ULTRAPURE WATER SYSTEMS
Biopharmaceutical research and production requires access to large volumes of very high quality water. Generally this involves a De-Ionizing (DI) or Reverse-Osmosis (RO) type system.
We supply Absolute-Rated Depth Filters (ADF) to remove large particles and protect costly RO membranes and DI systems. Similarly, we provide Hydrophilic Polyethersulfone Membrane Filters for use after DI/RO to guarantee the water is free of any particles, viruses, and bacteria.
Additionally, if a DI/RO system is not required or utilized, we can build an Ultra Pure Water System incorporating High Performance UltraViolet (UV) sterilization followed by microfiltration and ultrafiltration to kill and remove endotoxins and bacteria.
