Featured Product Lines

Filter Cartridges

Utilizing there 43,4000 sq ft cartridge manufacturing plant, Hilco has the ability to provide filter cartridges for your application in a timely manner. Our onsite testing lab is consistently examining and providing new innovations to the rapidly evolving topic of filtration. From lube oil and hydraulic oil to seal gas and fuel gas, they have a cartridge suitable for your equipment! Hilco is a major supplier to original equipment manufacturers across the world because there commitment to quality shows in everything they do.

Filter Housings & Transfer Valves

The Hilliard Corporation is an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization with a fully accredited code weld ship. This gives us the ability to manufacture and test a wide variety of filter housings as well as transfer valves. Both simplex and duplex designs are available in custom engineered configurations for your individual application.  A range of materials of construction are available as well as a diverse offering of components based on specifications.

Vent Mist Eliminators

The Hilco vent mist eliminator removes visible oil vapor from the air stream of vents in lubrication oil systems of large high-speed rotating equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines, turbo compressor, turbo generators, reciprocating engines, high speed coupling and gear boxes. The mist eliminator also prevents oil mist from contaminating air or soil, helping facilities comply with environmental regulations. It also makes for a cleaner, safer work environment by elimination oily residue build-up on engine room floors, enclosures and stairwells, while improving indoor/outdoor air quality and reducing fire hazards.

Portable Filters

Hilco makes portable filters for fluids including:

  • Mineral-based lubrication, hydraulic, & insulating oils

  • Synthetic lubricating & hydraulic (EHC) fluids

  • Fuel oils, kerosene, gasoline, diesel fuel

  • Ethylene glycol mixes

  • Solvents

  • Coolants and cutting oils

  • Vacuum pump oils

  • Gearbox oil

Fuel Gas Filters

Hilco has been manufacturing filters for gaseous fuel for over 30 years. These filters are built to ASME Code Section VIII Div. 1 and are specifically designed for gas turbine systems with high pressure and high flow rates. Our gaseous fiel filters are available in simplex designs or duplex arrangements for continuous operation. The duplex models utilize our zero leakage 6-port transfer valve designed specifically for gaseous applications. Hilcos gaseous fuel filters also use cleanable pleated strainer cartridges for efficient filtration. These cartridges can be cleaned with a water hose spray, steam jenny or air and reused.

Seal Gas Filters

Due to the fact that all of Hilcos filter housings, valves and cartridges are made in Elmira, NY this gives our company an unparalleled flexibility with design. Our seal gas product line is divided into three major categories: Integral heads, fabricated assemblies and machined housings. Hilco is also manufacturing its own ball type diverter valves in 316 stainless steel up to six inches in size. Hilcos engineering background paired with there manufacturing capabilities give them a distinct advantage over the competition when it comes to pricing, lead time, and design capability

Coalescer Separators & Reclaimers

HIlcos equipment line also includes both the coalescer/separator as well as the reclaimer or vacuum dehydrator. These products are both used to remove moisture and particulate from lube oils as dissolved gases in the case of the reclaimer. Both the coalescer and reclaimer tout compact designs with ASME Code filter housings as well as a variety of available options including: portable bases, gauges, automation, condensate drains, reticulation controls, heating elements, explosion proof components and inlet flow control. With standard models available up to 100GPM for the coalescer and 600GPH for the reclaimer, odds are they have something for your application.
