Vent Mist Eliminators

The Hilco vent mist eliminator removes visible oil vapor from the air stream of vents in lubrication oil systems of large high-speed rotating equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines, turbo compressor, turbo generators, reciprocating engines, high speed coupling and gear boxes. The mist eliminator also prevents oil mist from contaminating air or soil, helping facilities comply with environmental regulations. It also makes for a cleaner, safer work environment by elimination oily residue build-up on engine room floors, enclosures and stairwells, while improving indoor/outdoor air quality and reducing fire hazards.

Fuel Gas Filters

Hilco has been manufacturing filters for gaseous fuel for over 30 years. These filters are built to ASME Code Section VIII Div. 1 and are specifically designed for gas turbine systems with high pressure and high flow rates. Our gaseous fiel filters are available in simplex designs or duplex arrangements for continuous operation. The duplex models utilize our zero leakage 6-port transfer valve designed specifically for gaseous applications. Hilcos gaseous fuel filters also use cleanable pleated strainer cartridges for efficient filtration. These cartridges can be cleaned with a water hose spray, steam jenny or air and reused.
